The Muskingum County Board of Elections is preparing for early voting for this year's elections.
To vote absentee, you must already be a registered voter in the state of Ohio.

Starting today, Ohio voters may cast no-fault absentee ballots for the November 3 elections.
Board of Election Director Chris Hamill says the office has been busy mailing absentee ballots--sending out nearly 350. Hamill said there have been quite a few people coming into the Board of Elections as well.
