Three people are taken to the hospital Friday night following a serious accident in Salt Creek Township.
It happened around 9:30 at the intersection of State Route 146 and Coon Ridge Road.
According to Sgt. David Bailey with the Cambridge Post of the State Highway Patrol, the accident occured when a Honda Accord traveling eastbound on 146 collided with a westbound van that was attempting to turn onto Coon Ridge Road.

Patrolman Shane Starkey of the Zanesville Police Department reports that at around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, a red pick-up truck was traveling northbound through the intersection and struck a grey pick-up truck traveling eastbound.

It happened just before noon in the 5,000 block of Pleasant Valley Road. Zanesville Post State Trooper Jeremy Mendenhall says 77-year-old Joseph Taylor of Glenford pulled out from a private driveway in the path of a dump truck.
