Two people are taken to Good Samaritan Hospital after an accident at the intersection of Pine Street and Grove Avenue.
It happened around 8:30 p.m.
Patrolman Burke says the brown Jeep was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Grove Avenue when a gray sports car struck it from behind.
He says two people from the brown Jeep sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The gray sports car sustained major damage to the front of the vehicle.
The Zanesville Police Department says at least one person is sent to the hospital after an accident at the intersection of Ohio 719 and Moxahala Avenue.

Sergeant Chris Phipps says the driver of the white Toyota was traveling west on Ohio 719, when she went through a red light at the intersection. He says she proceeded to strike the driver of the blue car, traveling north on Moxahala Avenue and then struck a yellow truck traveling south.

A rollover accident is causing traffic headaches on Interstate 70 tonight, forcing both westbound lanes to be shut down for about 45 minutes.
It happened around 8:45 just after the State Street exit in Zanesville.

It happened around 6pm Tuesday evening on Maysville Pike near Panther Drive. Trooper Eric Williams with the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol says that a silver Saturn driven by 21-year-old Cody Slack of Crooksville crashed into the back of a red Dodge Neon driven by 45-year-old Teressa Debolt of Zanesville.

A woman is taken to Good Samaritan Hospital after an accident on West Main Street.
It happened around 12:15 p.m. near Pine Street, right in front of Jim's Auto Top.
Zanesville Fire Chief, Dave Lacy, says the woman was traveling west when she went left of center, crossed the eastbound lane, crashed into a ceramic planter, and ended up on the sidewalk. He says the car was about 12-inches from striking the building.

A Pataskala man is taken to Grant Medical Center in Columbus after a motorcycle accident last night.
It happened around 10 p.m. on the State Route 79 overpass to Interstate 70.
A dispatcher with the Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol says 43-year-old Shane Stierhoff was traveling south, when he lost control of his motorcycle, struck a barrier, and overturned.
Stierhoff was taken by MedFlight to the hospital. His condition is not known at this time.

Muskingum County Sheriff's Deputy Tim Matheney says Justin Graham was riding his 1985 red Honda three-wheeler, when his foot slipped off the peg. He then proceeded to run his leg over with the vehicle.
Matheney says Graham did sustain minor injuries to his leg.
He says alcohol is a suspected factor in the accident.
A Muskingum County man is taken by MedFlight to OSU Medical Center in Columbus after an ATV crash.
It happened around six p.m. on Goosecreek Road.
Sheriff's Deputy Tim Matheney says there were three people riding ATV's. He says one of the riders, Eddy Thompson, lost control. It caused the ATV to roll over and throw Thompson off the vehicle.
Thompson was taken to the hospital for bruising to the upper chest. Matheney says the man's injuries appear to be non life-threatening...
