A Junction City man is dead after a motorcycle crash. It happened Thursday night around 8:30 on State Route 37 in Perry County. The Lancaster Post of the State Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Martin Reedy was riding his cycle east on 37 when he crested a hill at Flagdale road and struck a Minivan. 32-year-old Ricky Leach, also of Junction City was sitting stationary waiting to make a right turn onto Flagdale from State Route 37 when the accident occurred. It is a day local rescue crews won't soon forget. Five lives were lost on Interstate 70 in a grueling car crash.

I spoke with crews to see how they did everything they could to help those involved.

An accident in Zanesville sent one man to the hospital.

It happened around 5:15 p.m. in the 1700 block of Adamsville Road.

Muskingum County Sheriff Sergeant Keck says the red and white truck was traveling south when it went left of center and struck a black truck, going north, head-on. Sergeant Keck says the driver of the red and white truck appears to have suffered from a medical condition and blacked out before the crash.

Five people are dead after a two vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 70 in Muskingum County.

It happened around 12:45 p.m. in the eastbound lanes near the Brownsville exit, west of Zanesville.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says a Chevy Cavalier was initially traveling in the westbound lane.

Authorities say a semi tractor trailer jackknifed on Interstate 70 near the Hebron Exit.
 

It happened just before 12:00 p.m. Wednesday.
 

Trooper Randy Lewis with the Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol says the semi was westbound on I-70 in the right lane driving in heavy rain.

A motorcyclist walks away uninjured after crashing his bike Tuesday afternoon on Dillon Falls Road.

According to Muskinugm County Sheriff's Deputy Paisley, the driver of a Honda VTR motorcycle was travelling west on Dillon Falls Road when he went off the right side of the roadway, lost control and went into a ditch.
 

Deputy Paisley says the man was wearing a helmet.

The Zanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol continues its investigation of a Tri-Valley District bus accident that killed six-year-old Kasey King last Wednesday.

Zanesville Police said a local woman could face charges of driving under in the influence.

Around 11:45 Sunday night Zanesville Police said that the 20-year-old driver went off the road, hit a culvert and continued driving.

Witnesses followed the driver of the Mercury Mystique and due to heavy damage from the vehicle it came to rest on Sheridan Street.

The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol says it appears that a man who died along Interstate 70 in Licking County yesterday committed suicide.

Dispatchers say based on eye-witness reports that troopers collected, 60-year-old Robert Snedden Junior jumped out of the car that was traveling eastbound.

His wife, 63-year-old Roberta Snedden, was driving. Robert was pronounced dead at the scene.

 A Fairfield County man is dead after an early morning accident.

It happened around 4 a.m. on BIS Road, near Ross Road.

The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office says a vehicle went off the road and struck a tree.

Sheriff Dave Phalen says 22-year-old Allen Nutter was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. The other occupant in the vehicle, 22-year-old Aaron Kline, was taken to Fairfield Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries and released.
