Trooper Patrick Townsend of the Lancaster Post of the State Highway Patrol says it happened around 2 p.m. on Thursday. He says Brandon Shaver was riding his motorcycle northbound on Ceramic Road about a half mile north of State Route 669, when he rear-ended a pick-up truck being driven by Tyler Burgess, who was slowing down to turn into a driveway.
