The Muskingum County Library System is looking to bring reading into the 21st century with a new initiative involving electronic readers.
Wednesday all 55 library staff members at the six Muskingum County Library locations underwent training for both the Amazon Kindle and the Barnes & Noble Nook tablets.
Library Assistant Director Blair Tom said the goal is to be able to help customers take advantage of the increasingly popularity of electronic and audio books.
