If you drop by the Colony Mall this weekend, you will see rows and rows of local vendors.

This is the 20th year for the Collectible Hobby Show. The show was originally just for sports card dealers, but it has opened up to include all types of hobbies.

Hundreds of golfers are gathering in Polos and plaid to support cancer research.

The annual Genesis Pro-Am golf tournament hopes to raise more than $100,000 to purchase new state of the art equipment to fight cancer.

Hundreds of blue balloons filled the cloudless sky over Zanesville.

It is all part of the 50th anniversary ceremony at Starlight School.

"Today is kind of our kickoff and we will be launching balloons. We also are going to be singing a special song that was written by one of our staff members, Paul Manini, and it is about a Starlight celebration for our 50th anniversary," tells Cathy Smith, Starlight Administrative Services Director.

It is eight years since one of the worst terrorist attacks struck the United States of America. The New Concord Police Department says a 12-year-old boy is sent to the hospital after he is struck by a car this afternoon.

It happened around 1:30 p.m. on Friendship Drive.

Officer Trevor Hayes says the boy suffered minor injuries and was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital.

The incident remains under investigation.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration out of Columbus says it is still investigating why a deadly gas accident occurred in Guernsey County yesterday, and it says it could take a couple months to come up with a conclusion.

28-year-old Kenneth Hanson of Stockport was killed in the accident and 24-year-old Aaron Dumolt of Zanesville remains in critical condition at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. Antrim Fire Chief, Don Warnock, says several other workers...

Leadership Muskingum is kicking off another year, with 20 new students from all different professions.

The class meets once a month for a nine month period.

"We hope that they learn more about Muskingum County and that they become servant leaders in the community, " says Pro-Muskingum Families and Children First Executive Director, Kathy McLeish.

Heath Police are attempting to return a headstone to its proper place.

Police says that Thursday a natural sandstone tombstone was found in the parking lot of an area business.

It appears to be the type found at a child's grave. It has a rectangular base with a cross on it.

At the top of the cross is a "F" and there is a very worn name underneath that could possibly be Holtschulte engraved on it.

The Newark Police Department says it is still looking for a suspect involved in an early morning armed robbery.

It happened around three a.m. Wednesday morning at the Circle K on 599 West Main Street.

Sergeant Dave Haren says a robber, armed with a semi-automatic, entered the building and took cash from the register. Haren says the store's clerk was the only one in the building at the time.

No injuries were reported.
