The "Y" Bridge Arts Festival came to a close this evening proving to be a major success after only its third year.

Shortly after Coordinator and Artist Linda Regula moved to Zanesville she approached the Mayor, County Commissioners and ODOT for permission to shut down the 'Y' Bridge and to celebrate the local artists.
