The Southeast Ohio 2-1-1 call center released their monthly report Tuesday.
The call center is a free service open 24-7 to help callers with any informational questions they might have.
"If you have a question about something that you need, we can point you in the right direction," said Audrey Foster, Resource Development Director for the United Way. "So I would really say it's a very open door."
