Captain Tony Coury says the Zanesville Police Department has been getting in numerous complaints from residents who live near the Bethesda campus complaining about the construction trucks driving down the side streets instead of Maple Avenue.

As construction at Bethesda continues, the hospital is asking employees and patients for input on how to create the most efficient room.

Genesis has created two model patient rooms and they're collecting feedback from the people who will use the room the most to find out what works best and what doesn't.

As part of the construction of the new medical center at the Bethesda campus, the emergency department will officially close on June 30 and all emergencies will be directed to the Good Samaritan Campus.

Starting Monday, a fence will be put up around the Emergency Department at the Bethesda Campus to start the new expansion of the hospital. The Emergency Department will remain open and patients can enter through the main entrance of the hospital.
