The Maysville Regional Water District has lifted the boil alert for residents living on Dona Drive, Mona Drive and all side streets.

The boil order was issued on Tuesday due toa water main break.

A boil advisory is in effect for some Maysville Water customers 
 

Officials say due to a water main break the following areas are affected:

  • Dona Drive
  • Mona Drive
  •  All side streets

Residents in these areas need to boil their water until further notice.

The boil alert for South Zanesville is lifted.

It began Monday after excess iron build up forced officials to shut down the Village's water plant.

Water Superintendent  Danny Wiseman notes, residents are no longer advised to boil all cooking and drinking water. He thanks residents for their cooperation.

A boil alert is still in affect for South Zanesville residents.

The village's water plant had to be temporarily shut down due to a blockage created from excess iron build-up. Mayor Dick Guss said they have been operating the same way for years, and isn't sure why the issue developed.

Problems at the South Zanesville Water Plant have forced officials to issue a boil alert for the Village.

Mayor Richard Guss says the boil alert may last several days.

Residents should boil all cooking and drinking water until further notice.

 Officials in the Village of Frazeysburg  have lifted a boil order that was issued Saturday.

The areas affected north of 4th Street included:

Basin Street

5th and 6th west from State Street

4th Street west from State street to Jimmy Newman Alley

The Village of Frazeysburg has issued a boil alert due to a water main break for some of its residents.

The areas that are affected are north of 4th Street including:

Basin Street

5th and 6th west from State Street

4th Street west from State street to Jimmy Newman Alley

Affected customers will be notified with a door knob notice once the boil alert is lifted.

The Portersville East Branch Water Company is issuing a boil alert for customers in the Corning area.

The following areas are affected:

  • Twp. Road 462
  • Twp. Road 463
  • Twp. Road 291
  • Twp. Road 292
  • Twp. Road 293
  • County Road 50

Customers in this area should boil their water vigorously for 2 minutes before drinking or cooking-eating.

The boil alert is in effect until further notice.
