The Zanesville Police Department has three suspects in custody who are wanted in connection with several area break-ins.
Lt. Tony Coury says the two men and one woman were spotted shortly after 6 p.m. near the intersection of Madison Street and Woodlawn Avenue. Coury says one man was arrested, but another man and the woman fled. A foot chase ensued and officers caught the woman. The man jumped into the Muskingum River, but then decided to surrender to officers.
