The Newark Police reported they're searching for a suspect in a break-in at a local restaurant.

Police said overnight on May 26 store surveillance video at the Steak Escape Restaurant, on North 21st Street, shows what appears to be a male suspect entering the store and stealing cash drawers and a safe.

The suspect was wearing a dark jacket over a bright blue hoodie with dark pants and dark shoes.

The Newark Police Department reports nearly $100,000 worth of tools and equipment was stolen from a Newark Warehouse last month.

The Newark Police Department reports between Feb. 4-17, suspects stole two large toolboxes from a semi-trailer parked at Murphy Brothers Warehouse at 550 Wehrle Ave.The toolboxes are described as a Snap-On Harley Davidson Fatboy anniversary box, and a MAC Gator National box.

The Coshocton County Sheriff's Office and West Lafayette Police make arrests in a Sunday night breaking and entering. 

Authorities said just after 11p.m. they received a call of a possible breaking and entering at the 751 Carryout. 

As the West Lafayette Police Officer arrived on scene he saw a vehicle leaving the area and attempted to make a stop.

The Zanesville Police Department has three suspects in custody who are wanted in connection with several area break-ins.

Lt. Tony Coury says the two men and one woman were spotted shortly after 6 p.m. near the intersection of Madison Street and Woodlawn Avenue. Coury says one man was arrested, but another man and the woman fled. A foot chase ensued and officers caught the woman. The man jumped into the Muskingum River, but then decided to surrender to officers.

The Licking County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in solving a Newark break-in.

It happened sometime between September 10th and 13th. The police department says an individual broke into Showcase Lawn and Garden and took four weed wackers along with two Echo Edgers.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for anyone with information on this crime. To submit a tip, contact 740-349-6888.

The Licking County Crime Stoppers is hoping to shed light on a crime at a Newark gas station, and it's offering up to a $1,000 reward to anyone who can provide information.

The Newark Police Department says someone broke into the Murphy USA Gas Station in the 1300 block of North 21st Street on June 27th. The gas station is located in the Walmart parking lot. Officers indicate that 236 cartons of cigarettes, other tobacco products, and an undisclosed amount of cash were taken.

 The Somerset Police Department says after processing evidence at the scene, it now has a few leads of who possibly broke into a local pharmacy and stole controlled prescription pills.

The incident happened at the Somerset Northside Pharmacy on West Main Street around 4 a.m. Monday morning.

Licking County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help in solving a church break-in, and it's offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information.

The Licking County Sheriff's Office reports the incident happened on the morning of May 7th at the Marne United Methodist Church on Licking Valley Road.

Officers say a safe was stolen that contained credit card belonging to the church. Those responsible for the break-in used those credit cards, making several purchases at Walmart...

A patrolman with the Zanesville Police Department spots a break-in at a local business.

Lt. Shaw at the Zanesville Police Department says that around midnight Patrolman Michel saw subjects inside a fenced storage area at Danny's Radiator Shop on Marietta Street. The subjects were in the storage area where scrap metal is stored and were apparently intending to take the scrap metal.

The Zanesville Police Department is investigating a possible break-in, in the Northpointe Plaza.

Captain Mike Baker says authorities were called to the Dollar Tree.

He says they did not find any means of forced at the scene.

Baker says it's unclear if anything was taken.
