The Zanesville Jaycee's annual C-Day event starts Saturday morning on Z-92 FM radio. If you have gently used toys, clothes, furniture or canned goods that you would like to donate to the needy this holiday season, Jaycee members will swing by your home or business to pick up your donations.

The Zanesville Jaycees and WHIZ Media Group came together Saturday for the Jaycee's annual C-Day.

WHIZ's AC Carter put the word out over our Z92 radio station, while Jaycees answered phone calls and picked up items to donate to the Salvation Army this holiday season.

If you were listening to our very own Z-92 Saturday morning, you probably hear Christmas Music, it might seem a little early in the season but it was all for a good cause.

The Zanesville Jaycee's partnered with the Salvation Army for their annual C-Day. Residents could call in to the WHIZ Studios, donate gently used items, canned goods or other non perishable items and the Jaycees would come to your door step to pick them up.

Collection day brings convenience for those wanting to donate.

The Zanesville Jaycees and Z-92 banded together Saturday for the Jaycee's annual C-day.

During C-Day the Jaycees and volunteers will pick up donations of canned goods, clothes, toys and even furniture throughout the area and donate it to the Salvation Army. Z-92's Alan Tangey put the word out over the radio that the Jaycees were taking donations.
