Muskingum County residents aren't the best at clicking their safety belts.

The Zanesville Police place one person under arrest in connection to an early morning break-in and burglary.

Captain Tony Coury said that around 4:30 Monday morning a resident in the 500 block of Schwallie Avenue reported a stolen lawn mower. The resident was able to give a description of the suspect and vehicle.

Officers found the vehicle still in the area at the intersection of Schwallie and Sunrise.
