A three-car accident sent three people to the hospital this morning.
It happened around 8 a.m. on Newark Road/146 near the the BP gas station.
Sgt. Jeremy Mendenhall of the Zanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says 39-year old Carrie Alexander of Frazeysburg was traveling eastbound on Newark Road/146 when she lost control of the car, went left of center and side-swiped 52-year old Juanita English-Bishop of Zanesville.
Alexander's car continued on...
The jaws of life were needed to cut two people out of their van after a two car accident Friday afternoon.
The accident happened around 1:45 pm on Frazeysburg Road. Troopers say Currillies Trimble from Cambridge, was making a left hand turn from a private drive when he failed to yield to Marie Allwood of Nashport driving north on Frazeysburg Road. Troopers says her Acura hit the side of the van doing 40 miles per hour.

One woman was sent to the hospital today after her car hit the Hilltop Florist on Greenwood Avenue this afternoon.
Zanesville Police Department's Sergeant Rice says 66-year-old Phyllis Taylor was traveling north on Cemetery when 63-year-old Jerry Nelson traveling east struck the front left corner of Taylor's car causing her to hit the florist shop.
Taylor was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital by Community Ambulance. There is only minor damage to the Hilltop Florist...
A 30-year-old man was taken by Med Flight to Ohio State Medical Center after a late night accident Tuesday in Coshocton County.
According to the Coshocton County Sheriff's Office, Vincent Myers Jr. was traveling southbound on State Route 621 shortly before midnight when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle went off the left side of the roadway and rolled, coming to a stop in a corn field near the Three Rivers Fire District station.
Myers injuries are not believed...
