A run, walk and bake sale event was held at Zane Landing Park in Zanesville Saturday to benefit 32-year-old Caseyne Sanford in her battle with cancer. A few months ago Caseyne was diagnosed with Sarcomatoid Carcinoma, a rare cancer for a woman her age. The cancer caused a large, painful tumor to form on her right arm.
