The Athens County Sheriff's Office is currently conducting "Operation Busted Balloon," which has taken more than 20 individuals into custody on drug-related charges-including Morgan County Jail escapee Christopher Lee Clark.

It says it has been working with many local, state, and federal authorities over the past several months once the Sheriff's Office became aware that several of its heroin investigations stemmed from Columbus.
