Construction on the Rockies Express Pipeline is wrapping up and local leaders are celebrating the progress that's been made in the area.

A bridge dedication was held Wednesday morning at the Blue Rock Creek Bridge, which REX donated to Muskingum County. It's one of three bridges the company made improvements to in order to haul heavy equipment so they could build the pipeline.
