City Council passes an emergency ordinance to apply for a loan for the Y-bridge lift station.

Public Service Director Mike Sims said they the Y-bridge lift station pumps the sewage for the entire north end of Zanesville as well as county flow from Dillon Hills and Stonehenge as well as new construction on the West Pike. The original lift station was built in the 1950's and rehabbed in the '80s.
