There was a head-on accident Thursday night at the intersection of Maysville Avenue and Greenhouse Road in South Zanesville.
According to Trooper Troy Hale with the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol, around 10:30 Jeffrey Cooper drove a Chevy Sierra truck left-of-center and struck a black Chevy Silverado that was attempting to turn left onto Greenhouse Road.
The woman driving the Silverado was taken to Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital.

An accident in Newton Township sent six children to the hospital Thursday afternoon.
The two car accident happened at U.S. 22 and State Route 93.
"We got there and there was two cars involved, we had help from the South Zanesville Fire Department, Falls Township and Community Ambulance and six people were transported to the hospital," says Josh Bryan with the Newton Township Fire Department.

An accident in Zanesville caused traffic delays on maple avenue Friday afternoon.
Zanesville Police say they are still investigating what happened between the two cars in the crash on Maple Avenue near Balls Lane around 11:40 a.m. Both the male drivers of the gold Ford Focus and the green Ford Explorer were taken by Community Ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital. No other details are being released.
