A bridge in Muskingum County will be torn out on the heels of an emergency situation.

County Engineer Doug Davis said that the Crock Road Bridge in White Cottage, will close and will be torn out Tuesday. During an annual inspection the bridge inspection team found the beams were deteriorating rapidly and will need to be taken out of service. The bridge was two or three years always from repair.
