A Zanesville man appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday on drug charges.

28-year-old Adam Poulton appeared before Judge Mark Fleegle where he pleaded guilty to three counts of traficking in drugs.

Judge Fleegle sentenced Poulton to 18 months in prison.

Poulton was arrested last December during a  warrant sweep by the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office.

An area woman was in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday for drug related charges.

36-year-old Lisa Davis of Zanesville plead not guilty to trafficking in drugs, trafficking in drugs with a juvenile specification, posession of drugs, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

A Perry County Grand Jury has indicted five people on felony drug charges.

Sgt. Kevin Starrett with the Perry County Sheriff's Office says 23-year-old Ryan Couch of Roseville has been charged with two counts of trafficking in dangerous drugs.

32 -year-old Matthew Stoneburner also of Roseville is facing a charge of aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence.

A Zanesville man has pleaded guilty to multiple felony drug charges.

25-year-old Timothy Thomas appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court before Judge Kelly Cottrill Thursday where he entered a guilty plea to six different charges including aggravated trafficking in drugs with a juvenile specification, trafficking in crack cocaine, and aggravated possession of drugs.

The director of the Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority says he has no plans on resigning from his position. 60-year-old Phillip Allen was arrested at Port Columbus International Airport on drug charges earlier this month.
