A Zanesville man charged in connection with the shooting of his wife has pleaded guilty.
42-year-old Dwayne Miller appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday where he pleaded guilty to charges of felonious assault and kidnapping. The other charges against Miller which included attempted murder and rape will be dropped at the time of sentencing.

A Zanesville man charged in the shooting of his wife last month was arraigned Wednesday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 42-year-old Dwayne Miller went before Judge Kelly Cottrill and pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, felonious assault, kidnapping and rape, all with violent offender specifications, and having a weapon while under a disability.
