Cornerstone Church held their annual Easter performance this weekend.

The Anchor Church held their 4th Annual Easter Celebration on Sunday at the Secrest Auditorium.

For many people this is the holiest of weekends, observing Good Friday and Easter.

Over 100 people are setting out to tell the story Jesus this weekend.

Over one-thousand people stopped by The House of Grace's Easter egg hunt Saturday afternoon.

Church members hid 10-thousand Easter eggs in front of the church for children to find, and no egg was left unturned. New church members signed their kids up for summer camp, enjoyed free hot dogs, drinks, and candy, and mingled with members of the community.

The House of Grace Church will be hiding 10-thousand Easter eggs filled with candy this Saturday at their first Easter egg hunt.

About 30 church members put together the Easter eggs and will hide them around the nine acres of land in the front yard of the church on Saturday. The Easter egg hunt is for kids of all ages and will take place at 2960 Maysville Pike.

Cornerstone Full Gospel Church in Duncan Falls put on their annual production, "Worthy is the Lamb" on Easter Sunday.

Producer and Pastor Adam Wahl said this performance is unlike anything you'd typically see in the area; it has been going on for over 15 years.

A local church kicked off the holiday weekend by holding a play Friday morning.
