Those in Southeastern Ohio who don't have vision insurance can still take care of their eyes through a new program.

The Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department is offering the, "Mobile Eyes Program" through Prevent Blindness Ohio. The program helps those 19 or older who don't have vision insurance and fall at 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.
