The Cambridge Post of the State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.
82-year-old Velmar Andrews from Canton was struck and killed by a vehicle on Saturday around 6:30 PM. According to the highway patrol, Andrews was walking in the southbound lanes of Interstate 77 near milepost 52 in Guernsey County. The crash remains under investigation by the highway patrol.
One person is dead after a crash closed the westbound lanes of State Route 16.
