Bath Salts, nick named 'The Synthetic Cocaine' draw an increasing concern from local officials as the drug manufacturers are said to be ahead of the law.

Bath salts are crystallized chemicals that are snorted, swallowed or smoked. According to Muskingum Behavioral Health executive Director, Steve Carrel, the drug provides an immediate rush leading to hallucinations.
