Four fire departments were called to a fire at a Roseville home Monday afternoon.

The fire broke out around noon at 170 Potters Lane. Newton Township Fire Chief Allen Deaver says the companies that arrived on the scene reported heavy smoke showing from the home.

"There is signifigant smoke damage throughout the house." said Chief Deaver. "The kitchen is burnt out, some rafters in the kitchen, but it's not a total loss, the guys put a good stop on it."...

Several area fire departments battle a trailer fire Monday afternoon.

It happened just before 5 p.m. at 201 Eastwood Drive just off the East Pike.
 

Firefighters from Washington Township and Zanesville Fire Department responded to the scene.
 

It's not known at this time if anyone was home at the time of the fire.

A Zanesville firefighter, along with the owner of the home, were taken to the hospital after a fire broke out at 770 Findley Avenue in Zanesville.

It happened just before 2:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Zanesville Fire Chief Craig Stemm says it started in the upstairs bedroom. By the time the fire department got there, the flames had a pretty good start. Not only did the firefighters have to battle the blaze, they also had to battle the heat.

Three area fire departments are battling a house fire in New Lexington.
 

The fire broke out around 9:30 a.m. Wednesday  at a home on State Route 37 east near Commerce Drive in New Lexington.
 

Junction City and Crooksville Fire Departments along with New Lexington are on the scene.

Authorities are investigating a fire that destroyed a home on Airport Road.

Firefighters from Perry Township, Washington Township and New Concord responded to the call.  Perry Township Fire Chief Bruce Sindeldecker said the fire started on Tuesday at 8:30 AM at 330 Airport Road.  He said the fire spread from the garage to the rest of the home.

A home at the intersection of Woodlawn Avenue and Pershing Road in Zanesville was destroyed Thursday night by a fire.

Authorities were called to 838 Woodlawn around 7 p.m. Neighbors say the home was vacant. Zanesville Fire Chief Craig Stemm says they are still investigating and it's too early to tell if it was a vacant home or if this fire could be related to a string of vacant home fires across the city.

Authorities are still investigating Wednesday's fire at Zane Trace Clean Care Uniforms on Putnam Avenue.

The building is boarded up today after suffering major damage.  Zanesville Fire Chief Craig Stemm said the fire no longer appears to be suspicious.

"The fire alarm went off before the burglar alarm did," said Stemm.  "We probably ended up setting the burglar alarm off when we made entry down there."

A Zanesville trailer home is destroyed in a fire Tuesday evening.

Firefighters were called to the home of Judy Wickham at 436 Pine Street Lot number 10 around 7:30 p.m.

"When we arrived we found a trailer toward the rear of the trailer park totally involved in flames," says Kevin Thomas, Assistant Fire Chief Zanesville Fire Department.

Several area fire departments were called to a fire Monday night around 9:45 at the intersection of Limestone Valley and Bagley Roads in White Cottage.

"The guys were able to extinguish it pretty easily but still did significant damage to the trailer," said Newton Township Fire Department Chief Allen Deaver.
