A former Zanesville mortgage broker is sentenced Monday on multiple theft charges.
 

40-year-old Jeffrey  Mclendon appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where he was sentenced by visiting Judge Linton Lewis Junior to 90 days in jail, 5 years of community control, 120 hours of public service and he also must pay nearly $49,000  in restitution by December 3rd of 2015.

Mclendon pleaded guilty in October of this year to 18 counts of deception...
