One lucky person will have the opportunity to win free gas just for donating blood.

The American Red Cross will host a blood drive on Wednesday at Secrest Auditorium.

Anyone who donates blood will have his or her name entered into a drawing for a chance to win $1,000 gas card from the Red Cross and Marathon Oil.
