Natural gas and oil well drilling in Ohio has yet to meet the expectations of state officials this year...

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources said in March that most of the 250 natural gas and oil wells would be drilled in the state by the end of the year, but state records show that only 165 wells have been completed to date.
