Coming into the game, Jackson was riding a 23 game winning streak, scoring 75 points a game in nine wins this season. Zanesville held them to 55 in a 58-55 victory, Jackson's first...

There seemed to be a lid on the basket at Jimmy Allen Gym for the Zanesville Blue Devils as they fell in their second staright game. The Devils only shot 30 percent from the field in the loss that saw Newark knock off Zanesville for the second time in three years. Zanesville will next hit the court against Massillion Washington on Monday December 27.

What a first week for the Zanesville Blue Devls at the new Winland Memorial Gymnasium. Three games in the first week of the new home nets three wins for Zanesville, but it wasn't easy. The Blue Devils entered the final frame against Cambridge Saturday night tied with the Bobcats at 29, only to outscore the upstart Cambridge team 14-7 in the fourth quarter, to win by the final tally of 43-36. Leading the Blue Devils in scoring was Cole Carpenter who had a game high 19 points and 9 rebounds....
