The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident that shutdown State Route 37 for hours Friday morning.
It happened around 6:10 a.m. in the construction zone area near the Raccoon International Golf Course.
A dispatcher says the accident involved a semi and a car.
The driver of the car, a female, was killed in the accident.

Entering Tuesday night, the Zanesville Blue Devils were 3-3 on the road, and 3-3 when scoring less than 49 points.
