The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol investigates a fatal accident involving four vehicles.

The Patrol reports they got a call about the accident around 12:27 Thursday morning. The accident took place at Interstate 70 just west of State Route 158.

They report three commercial vehicles and one pick up truck were involved, one person was confirmed dead.

At this time they are unsure of what caused the crash.

Two people suffered injury after an accident in Licking County.

The State Highway Patrol said the accident took place on State Route 13 at 9:45p.m., Monday night.

Troopers said that a preliminary report indicates a 2000 Chevy S-10 Blazer driven by 17-year-old Zack Hanf, of Somerset, was traveling south on SR 13, south of Interstate 70, when it drove left of center and struck a commercial vehicle.

Hanf wasn't wearing his seatbelt and was partially ejected from the vehicle....

Alcohol is said to be a factor in a fatal accident.

According to the Granville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol shortly before 6 o'clock Sunday evening 51-year-old Gary Fellure and his passenger 49-year-old Bruce Fellure- both of Newark- were traveling on Linnville Road in Franklin Township of Licking County when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole. The State Highway Patrol said alcohol is believed to be a factor in a one vehicle crash in Licking County, Tuesday night.

The Granville Post said that the accident took place around 9:25p.m. on State Route 586 near Fallsburg Road in Fallsbury Township.

Troopers said that 55-year-old James Sandlin, of Frazeysburg, was traveling north on 586 when he drove off the left side of the roadway, striking two trees and overturning.

A Thornville man is taken by Medflight to a Columbus hospital after authorities say the cement truck he was driving rolled over on a roadway in Licking County.


It happened around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday on Palmer Road near State route 37 and Swamp Road.
 

A dispatcher with the Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol says the driver was trapped inside his vehicle and had to be removed by rescue workers.
