The Granville Post is on the scene of an accident involving four vehicles.
A dispatcher said that the accident on Interstate 70 west near Buckeye Lake exit involved at least one commercial vehicle and was reported to authorities just before 5:30 Monday morning.

The State Highway Patrol investigates a late night accident in Licking County.
Officials said the accident took place at 11:43 p.m. Thursday at Fallsburg and Cedar Run Road.
Troopers said the male driver went over an embankment and struck a pole. He was flown from Licking Memorial Hospital to Ohio State University Medical Center.
At this time it's not known what caused the driver to crash. The accident remains under investigation.

One person suffers injuries following a two vehicle crash in Licking County.
The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday on Interstate 70 at the 135 mile marker.
The dispatcher said the incident involved a semi and an SUV. One female was transported to Licking Memorial Hospital.
The right lane of Interstate 70 was closed for a time until the SUV could be removed from the roadway.

The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol said one person was killed in an early morning accident.
Troopers said the accident took place just before 12:30 Thursday morning on Interstate 70 east just west of State Route 158.
The patrol reports 46-year-old Edward Ferguson of Mississippi was traveling east when he struck a pick up truck driven by 21-year-old Caleb Miller of Baltimore, Ohio.

A Christmas Eve accident leaves one man dead.
The Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol said that the crash took place on Watkins Road south of Blacks Road in Harrison Township just before 7 p.m.. Monday and may have been caused by fog.

One person is dead after a crash on State Route 79, Union Township in Licking County.
Troopers from the Granville Post of the State Highway Patrol say that the accident took place around 3am Wednesday morning. Investigators said that 41-year-old Kenneth Cordle of Millersport traveled off of the roadway striking several trees.
Cordle was the only person in the car and was not wearing a seatbelt. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Licking County Coroner's Office.
