"My mom is on fire" is the call that dispatched Zanesville Fire Department to 996 Greenwood Avenue around 7 p.m. on Tuesday night.
"We had a lady that had a candle lit, burning in her bedroom and accidentally leaned over it with a night gown on and caught her night gown on fire," said Eric Waltemire, Zanesville Fire Department.

The Zanesville Police Department is investigating a possible shooting on Greenwood Avenue.
According to Sgt. Chris Phipps, officers were called to the 900-block of Greenwood around 4:30 p.m. Phipps says witnesses reported hearing one gun shot and a then seeing a vehicle flee the scene at a high-rate of speed.
Officers at the scene did not find evidence of a bullet being fired. The incident remains under investigation.
The Zanesville Fire Department is calling a Sunday afternoon blaze suspicious.
