The Muskingum County Community Foundation is preparing for their annual Groundhog Day Celebration and Auction. The Muskingum County Commissioners were treated to a surprise from Century National Bank on Monday.
Vice President and Trust Officer Jody Spencer presented the commissioners with a brass plaque engraved with the Muskingum County Flag.
Spencer said with the help of secretary Susan Culbertson, they were able to surprise the Commissioners with a presentation rather than an investment meeting.

The Muskingum County Community Foundation is having its 27th annual Groundhog Day Fundraiser.
