From athletics to academics Zanesville celebrates some of its brightest stars.

Mid-East Career and Technology Center is recognizing distinguished alumni and their contributions to the community.

Alumni Alan Law, Terry Tysinger, Brent Valee and Catherine Lyons were recognized at the annual Fall Advisory Committee Banquet.

You may not be perfect but, you can bowl a perfect game. Sunday at the Moose Lodge Zanesville USBC Men and Women's Bowling Association honorers great bowlers and those who have given back to the sport.

Local veterans are being honored.

The public was invited to attend the 2010 Muskingum County Veterans Hall of Fame induction that took place Thursday evening at the Secrest Auditorium here in Zanesville.

10 individuals are joining the Zanesville City School's Hall of Fame.

The induction ceremony was held tonight at Roosevelt Middle School. It was a special night that each inductee got to share with family and friends.

The Zanesville City Schools Hall of Fame Committee is naming its 2010 inductees.

It's a very diverse group that ranges in age, gender, and profession.

About 100 individuals were nominated but there's only 10 inductees. It was a decision that committee chairman, Brian Kaufman, says was difficult to make.

Three area residents will soon be entered in a local hall of fame.

The Old Timers Baseball Association will host the 25th Annual Hall of Fame Banquet in January, honoring three members.
