Two years ago when Whit Parks took over as the Maysville head coach, he knew that he was going to have a tough road ahead. Year one saw the Panthers lose all ten games, but in year two Parks and the Panthers saw a dramatic turn around. Maysville won six games but it is not the end result Parks wants. He wants to take that next step, and have the fans in South Zanesville hoping for maybe the schools first ever playoff berth.

Earlier today Scott Pottmeyer stepped down as Rosecrans head football coach after a season that saw him guide the Bishops to their second straight playoff appearence. Pottmeyer lead the Bishops to a 14-8 record in his two years at the helm.
