The Muskingum County Emergency Management Agency said a semi will spend most of its day on its side.
The EMA said the tanker which was carrying a highly flammable material used to coat aluminum cans tipped over Friday morning in the parking lot of the livestock barns on Zane Street.
Deputy Director Jeff Jadwin said the semi tipped due to the soft ground and the weight of the load. There was no leak in the truck and no one was injured.

The Zanesville Fire Department is honoring one of its own.
Lieutenant Jeff Jadwin is retiring after nearly 21 years on the job. Jadwin said it's tough to leave his firefighter family, but after undergoing open heart surgery seven months ago, he said now is the time.
"There's a lot of moments that are memorable, so to pick out one would be tough, because it's a very rewarding career to serve the citizens and try to save lives and property," said Jadwin.
