The Pioneer and Historical Society held a "Night at the Museum" for members and guests Thursday night to unveil a new exhibit on the Flood of 1913.

With the 100 year anniversary of the flood last year, the society worked with us at WHIZ to create a series of vignettes telling the stories of the flood.

Locals visited some of the most historical sites in Zanesville as a part of the Putnam Holiday Open House.

More than a dozen historical sites and local businesses participated in the open house that will continue on Sunday. Visitors are able to speak with local historians about the founding of this area and its immense significance.
