Girls Basketball

Zanesville 56 West Muskingum 42

After four years away from the sidelines, Coach Jeff Moore decided to un-retire the whistle and coach the girls basketball team at Zanesville High School. In his debut, Jeff Moore  was back to his...

It took awhile but after winnig game one over the vsiting Lady Muskies, West Muskingum was able to set up a show down with Tri-Valley for the out right league title and managed to stay perfect in the process. Dylana McKenzie was her usual force at the net racking up 16 kills all while her twin sister Dakota sat out with an ankle injury. H.S. Volleyball:

Crooksville 25, 9, 13, 13 Maysville: 23, 25, 25, 25

It wasn't the prettiest of starts for Maysville on their home floor, but they shook off the slow start and were able to dominate three straight games to pick up their 11th victory of the year. Crooksville stunned the Panthers quickly in game one before being over powered in the next three games. Maysville was lead by Taylor Tatman who had 15 kills on the night while...

Maysville  25 24 22 14

It was almost two out of three for Tri-Valley, and that would have been bad. After perfect 2009 and 2010 league runs, West Muskingum put an end to the Lady Dawgs' MVL winning streak last week. Tonight in the Panther Pound, Maysville was very close to showing Tri-Valley the door again. After winning the first set, and leading the second 24-21, the Panthers could not hang on,...

H.S. Volleyball:

John Glenn: 25, 18, 19, 16 Tri-Valley: 17, 25, 25, 25

It wasn't the ideal start for the Lady Dawgs on their home court but some how they over came that and picked up their seventh victory of the season over a tough John Glenn squad. The Muskies played well in game one and Erin Shade did a good job to lead a John Glenn team that has lost one of its leaders to an injury. The Lady Dawgs were lead by Payton Miller's all around...
