Bond has been set at $2 million for a Licking County man accused of killing his father with a machete.

Police in Heath say 32-year-old Adam Runyons Jr. Was charged with murder on Thursday. They say he called a relative and confessed to killing his 51-year-old father, Adam Runyons Sr.

Three co-defendants learned their fate in court Monday in connection to the murder of a Zanesville man.

22-year-old Samantha Drabik and 40-year-old Billie Harris appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for sentencing on an obstructing justice charge in the death of Phillip Kimbro, Jr.

A Columbus man enters a guilty plea to charges in connection with a home invasion in Muskingum County.

46-year-old Cory Erskine, Sr. appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court  Wednesday where he pleaded guilty to one felony count of aggravated burglary.

20-year-old Cory Erskine, Jr. appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where he entered a not guilty plea to charges of aggravated burglary, kidnapping and aggravated robbery which all carry a firearm specification. He also plead not guilty to a theft charge.

19-year-old Robert Horton, Junior received a one year prison term in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Tuesday on charges of having a weapon under disability and possession of crack cocaine.
