People are still without power and another winter storm is moving in Tuesday and Wednesday. The Red Cross  want you to be prepared if you lose your power.

Julie Davis from the Muskingum Valley Red Cross tells us how to prepare for a power outage in a snow storm.

"If you have elderly neighbors or people with younger kids you need to make sure they are okay. The problem is, is it going to be safe to try and get out," Davis said.
