The old Jack Havanas Restaurant is getting a new use.

The salmon colored building on Muskingum Avenue is the new home of the Heartbeats of Muskingum Valley. Client Services Manager, Kimberly Cooper says the organization provides free services to the community.

"We offer pregnancy test, ultrasounds and a parenting program. We have an abstinence program called R.U.C or Relationships Under Construction that goes into the schools, " said Cooper.
