January is national mentoring month and there's a way you can become involved.

The Big Brothers-Big Sisters organization is looking for bigs to help children waiting for mentors in our area. Executive Director Mollie Crooks said locally about 100 children are waiting in four counties they serve. Some children are for their community based program, which requires two days a month or their school program which is one hour a week.
