A Zanesville man charged in connection with a fatal accident appeared Wednesday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court for an arraignment hearing.
30-year-old Michael Wood pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and a misdemeanor count of OVI.
The charges stem from an accident that happened December 1st of 2012 on Linden Avenue.

Zanesville Police said a second occupant who left the scene of a weekend fatal accident has been located.
The accident took place Saturday morning around 5:30a.m. in the 1000 block on Linden Avenue.
The car was traveling north when it struck a utility pole causing severe damage.
32-year-old April Smythe died of her injuries. The other occupant who fled the scene has now been found.
