After a search using a helicopter and K-9's authorities were able to locate a missing man from Perry County.

Shane Peterson of 9824 State Route 669 in Crooksville was last seen Wednesday morning.

Peterson was located by a helicopter around 8 p.m. Thursday evening swimming nude in a pond off of Old Rainer Road. Authorities say he was alert, but confused about his where-a-bouts.

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says  a  14-year-old runaway has been found safe.  Sheriff Matt Lutz says 14-year-old Brandon Byers was at a friends house and is now at his Dresden home .  The Sheriff says the child had  left his home around 12:30 Friday morning.

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding a runaway juvenile.  Sheriff Matt Lutz says Rochelle Moore was last seen at her foster parent’s home in Frazeysburg on May 19th around 1 a.m. Lutz says she was wearing a light blue Aeropostle zip up hoodie, gray sweats and white/blue/yellow Nike shoes.  She is described as a white female 5’4” 120 pounds with blues eyes and short blond hair.  She may be headed to the Coshocton County...

The body of a missing Zanesville woman has been found.

Detective Sergeant Ric Roush of the Zanesville Police Department confirms to WHIZ-TV that the body of 33 year-old Laurie Flowers has been found in the detached garage of 822 McIntire Avenue.

A search party was organized by Flowers' family on Sunday afternoon.

Flowers was reported as missing for more than a week.

Zanesville Police say one of two missing area residents has been found. Detective Sergeant Ric Roush says 45-year-old David Opel of 920 Curtis Street turned up at Bethesda Hospital in Zanesville around 10:00 Wednesday morning. Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says Osborn was found and is safe.  No charges will be filed in case.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office is searching for a Hopewell man who they say went missing under suspicious circumstances.

51-year-old Roger Osborn is described as a white male, 5'10", weighing around 200 pounds, with blue eyes and short gray hair.

Newark Detectives are searching every angle to find a missing woman and her 4 year-old son.

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz is reporting Wednesday morning that a missing Muskingum County woman has been found.  The Sheriff says she told deputies she was not sure why she was reported as missing.  Mae Isch said she was staying with some friends. She was reporting missing by family members on April 10th and was last seen at her home on Ellis Dam Road on April 3rd.
