A Zanesville man charged in connection with the deaths of two Cambridge men pleads guilty.  Guernsey County Prosecutor Dan Padden says that 21-year-old Elgin Lamont Mitchell appeared in Guernsey County Common Pleas Court and entered pleas of guilty to two counts of complicity to commit involuntary manslaughter and one count of complicity to commit aggravated robbery.  Padden says Mitchell was charged in connection with the June 24th deaths of Christopher Morrison and Justin...
