Not much has changed in the county's budget.

During a meeting with the Muskingum County Commissioner's, County Treasurer Carol Friel said everything is stable with the county's investments.

If you plan on taking your camper for a long stay in a floodplain in the county next spring or summer, you will now have to pay a $50 dollar permit fee.

On Thursday, the Muskingum County Commissioner's received bids from two companies to replace 28 deteriorating manholes and pipelines.
